Return Policy

Returns; Defective and Damaged Merchandise

Only when Sudbury Tirez & Wheelz is providing shipping, defective and/or freight damaged merchandise may be returned to Sudbury Tirez & Wheelz for full credit, only after inspection by Sudbury Tirez & Wheelz. A Returned Merchandise Authorization form must be filled out by the Buyer and approved by Sudbury Tirez & Wheelz. A credit will then be issued to the Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company.

When receiving any goods from Sudbury Tirez & Wheelz the customer is advised to inspect all items for damage prior to signature for delivery. If there is any damage to merchandise, please note on delivery paperwork and have delivery personnel sign with employee number and name. Keep all copies.

Returns; Exchanges; Goods/Merchandise

Merchandise returned may be accepted by Sudbury Tirez & Wheelz under the following conditions:

All merchandise must be in re-sellable condition, without any markings and subject to approval from Sudbury Tirez & Wheelz. Accepted returns will recieve a full credit, less shipping costs. Only unused products that have not been driven on are eligible for return.

Credit for Wheels will not be issued if mounted on tires. Please test fit all wheels before mounting. Merchandise exchanged in packaging that has been marked or relabeled will be subject to approval from Sudbury Tirez & Wheelz. Accepted returns will recieve full credit, less shipping costs.
Merchandise that has been discontinued may not be returned for credit.

Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.
Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by Sudbury Tirez & Wheelz, for any merchandise returned or exchanged.
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 30 calendar days after the ship date indicated by Sudbury Tirez & Wheelz.
Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital photo’s of the products, and must be emailed to Sudbury Tirez & Wheelz before an RMA is approved.


Order cancellations must be made within the first 24 hours. Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return
